| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清载脂蛋白M(apoM)水平与瘦素(Leptin)和血脂的关系。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果,将120例受试者分为CHD组(73例)和对照组(47例),应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测受试者血清apoM和Leptin水平。分析apoM与Leptin、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白aLP(a)]的相关性。结果73例CHD患者apoM的水平为(10.12±1.79)ug/ml,明显低于健康对照者(11.69±2.02)ug/ml(P0.01);apoM与Leptin、HDL-C呈正相关(P均0.01),与LDL-C、LP(a)呈负相关(P均0.05)。多元逐步回归显示apoM与Leptin的关系最密切。结论apoM可能参与CHD的形成与发展,是抑制动脉粥样硬化的保护性因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the concentrations of apolipoprotein M （apoM） relating to Leptin and lipids in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods According to coronary angiography, 73 patients with CHD were enrolled as CHD group and 47 non-CHD patients as control group. The apoM levels IN each group were determined with ELISA. Results The level of apoM in CHD patients （10.12 ±1.79 ug/ml）were significantly lower than the controls（11.69±2.02 ug/ml） （P〈0.01）; the levels of apoM were positively correlated with Leptin and HDL-C （both P〈0.01 ）, negatively correlated with LDL-C and LP （a）（both P〈0.05）. Conclusion ApoM might be associated with the development of CHD,it appears to play a protective role in prevention of atherosclerosis. |
