| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾性贫血患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积及血清铁参数的临床诊断价值。方法测定274例慢性肾衰患者（CRF）的血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（Hct）、血清铁参数，并以122例正常体检者作为对照组，进行u检验和相关性分析。结果慢性肾衰组血清中血红蛋白（rib）、红细胞压积（Hct）、血清铁（SI）、转铁蛋白（TRF）、总铁结合力（TIBC）低于对照组（P〈0．01），而慢性肾衰组血清铁蛋白（SF）明显高于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论肾性贫血患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血清铁参数的检测有较重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Aim To discuss the value of detection of haemoglobin, hematocrit and iron indicators in diagnosis of renal anemia. Methods haemoglobin （Hb）,hematocrit （Hct）and iron indicators in 274 cases with chronic renal failure （observation group） and 122 normal healthy persons （control group） were detected respectively. Results The levels of Hb,Hct,serum iron（Sl）,total iron binding capacity（TIBC） and transferrin（TRF）in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.01）. On the contrary,the level of serum ferritin （SF） in he observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Detection of Hb, Hot and iron is of importance in diagnosis of renal anemia. |
