细胞内外弓形虫速殖子的形态观察

目的 观察细胞内（假包囊）、外弓形虫速殖子的形态差异。方法 收集小鼠腹腔内和体外培养中的细胞内、外弓形虫，染色后镜检，观察细胞内、外弓形虫速殖子的形态差异。结果 假包囊内的速殖子明显大于细胞外的速殖子，结构疏松，近圆形和椭圆形。随着繁殖数量的增加，虫体可排列成弧形及花瓣状。结论 细胞内、外弓形虫速殖子的形态差异较大。

Observation on the morphology of the intracellular and extracellular Toxoplasrna gondii tachyzoites

Objective To observe the morphological differences between the intracellular (pseudocyst)and extracellular Toxo-plasma gondii tachyzoites. Methods The intracellular and extracellular Toxoplasma gondii in infected mouse abdominal fluid and in vitro cultivation were collected and microscopy observation was made after Ciemsa stain, the morphology of intracellular and extracellular Toxoplasma tachyzoites were compared. Results The tachyzoites in pseudocysts are bigger than the extracellular ones, loose in structure,round or ellipse in shape. The intracellular tachyzoites arrange in arc or rosette form. Conclusion The morphologic difference of intracellular and extracellular toxoplasma tachyzoits is significant.
