| 摘 要： | 志贺氏菌属是一类不形成芽孢的革兰氏阴性致病菌，能够通过侵袭大肠引起患者典型菌痢症状，如发热、腹痛、腹泻等。本文就志贺氏菌质粒和染色体上的毒力相关基因以及志贺氏菌的Ⅲ型分泌系统和侵袭机制等方面的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Shigella spp. is a groug of Gram-negative,non-spore forming,facultative pathogens. The bacteria causes a disease called shigellosis in humans,an infection of the large bowel characterized by abdominal cramps,diarrhea,and fever. This review provides the overview of the toxicity related genes on both plasmids and chromosome,type Ⅲ secretion system, and the mechanism of the invasion. |
