| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小窝蛋白1(Caveolin-1)在正常结直肠粘膜、结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测82例结直肠癌组织、40例正常结直肠粘膜组织中Caveolin-1的表达水平。结果在结直肠正常粘膜和癌组织中Caveolin-1的表达存在显著差异(P=0.001),癌组织中Caveolin-1表达阳性率(42.68%)明显低于正常粘膜组织(75.00%)。在结直肠癌组织中,Caveolin-1蛋白表达阳性率与结直肠癌的浸润深度呈负相关(P=0.028),且伴发淋巴结转移的结直肠癌组织比未发生转移的结直肠癌组织Caveolin-1表达阳性率明显减弱(31.11%vs.56.76%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。结论Caveolin-1的低表达与结直肠癌的发生、浸润和转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the signicicance of expression of caveolin-1 in human colorectal cancer(CRC) and normal colorectal mucosa tissues. Methods The expression of caveolin-1 was examined in 82 specimens of CRC and 40 paired normal colorectal mucosa tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results Caveolin-1 was expressed differently between the normal colorectal mucosa and CRC tissues.
