| 摘 要： | 目的观察泛昔洛韦联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法76例患者随机分为治疗组（36例，采用泛昔洛韦口服联合窄谱UVB照射治疗）和对照组（40例，仅用窄谱UVB照射治疗），观察其疗效和安全性。结果治疗组有效率94．4％，对照组有效率75．O％，两组有效率差异有显著性（Х^2=5．39，P〈0．05）。结论泛昔洛韦联合窄谱UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效满意，值得在临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of famciclovir combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B on pityriasis rosea patients. Methods There 76 pityriasis rosea patients were divided randomly into observation group consisted of 36 cases treated with famciclovir in combination with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B and control geoup consisted of 40 treated only took with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B. Results The effective rate in patients of observation geoups was 94.4% and 75.0% in the control geoup ;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ Х^2 = 5.39, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Famciclovir comibined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B is effective on pityriasis rosea patients. |
