尼龙网袋捞蚴法检测水体血吸虫尾蚴的研究

摘    要:目的探索高效、快速检测血吸虫易感地带(点)水体尾蚴,为及时预防人畜感染血吸虫和杀灭尾蚴提供科学依据。方法2008年6~7月份,在岳阳市东洞庭湖垸外易感地带用尼龙网袋捞蚴法和C-6膜粘蚴法检测水体中的血吸虫尾坳。结果2次试验在同一水体中,尼龙网袋捞坳法的尾坳阳性率分别为16.0%和30.0%,尾蚴密度分剐为0.2条/0.1m^2、和1.7条/0.1m^2。C-6膜粘蚴法2次试验的尾蚴阳性率均为3.33%,尾蚴密度分别为0.03条/0.1m^2和0.07条/0.1m^2。结论尼龙网袋捞蚴法确能高效、快速检测出水体血吸虫尾蚴。
