尼龙网袋捞蚴法检测水体血吸虫尾蚴的研究

目的探索高效、快速检测血吸虫易感地带（点）水体尾蚴，为及时预防人畜感染血吸虫和杀灭尾蚴提供科学依据。方法2008年6～7月份，在岳阳市东洞庭湖垸外易感地带用尼龙网袋捞蚴法和C-6膜粘蚴法检测水体中的血吸虫尾坳。结果2次试验在同一水体中，尼龙网袋捞坳法的尾坳阳性率分别为16．0％和30．0％，尾蚴密度分剐为0．2条／0．1m^2、和1．7条／0．1m^2。C-6膜粘蚴法2次试验的尾蚴阳性率均为3．33％，尾蚴密度分别为0．03条/0．1m^2和0．07条/0．1m^2。结论尼龙网袋捞蚴法确能高效、快速检测出水体血吸虫尾蚴。
