29例SARS患者恢复期并发症追踪调查

目的:了解SARS患者恢复期并发症的发生情况及严重程度，为更全面认识SARS和及时制订合理的防治措施积累基础资料。方法:查阅相关的医疗记录和实验室检查结果，对2003年初广州市某医院受感染发生SARS的29位医护人员的康复情况进行问顾性调查。结果:除3人因并发症需医疗干预外，其余26人健康状况良好，已恢复正常工作。3例SARS恢复期并发症分别是创伤后应激障碍1例、神经症(广泛性焦虑、惊恐发作)1例、肌炎1例。结论:SARS病人大多预后良好；加强健康教育以及进行SARS患者的恢复期随访十分重要。

Results of tracing of 29 SARS patients with complications at rehabilitation stage

Objective To understand the incidence and severity of complications in SARS patients at convalescent stage and provide basic information for comprehensive recognition of SARS and formulation of suitable control measures. Methods The record and laboratory data concerning SARS were reviewed and retrospective investigation of the convalescent results of 29 doctors and nurses acquired SARS in early 2003 in Guangzhou City was carried out. Results Out of the 29 SARS patients the health conditions of 26 was excellent and returned to their working position, while the other 3 patients complicated respectively with posttraumatic stress disturbance, neurosis and myositis, required medical treatment. Conclusion The prognosis of a majority of patients was satisfactory. It is suggested that follow-up of SARS patients at convalescent stage is very important and health education be strengthened.
