汶川地震受灾群众焦虑抑郁症状调查

目的了解汶川地震受灾群众的焦虑抑郁症状。方法以经历了“5．12”汶川地震的84名受灾群众为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表进行调查，分析其焦虑和抑郁症状情况，并分析高度应急状态下的焦虑和抑郁相关影响因素。结果受灾群众焦虑得分（标准分）为45．36±14．15，症状分级6人中度焦虑，12人重度焦虑，阳性率为21．43％；抑郁得分（标准分）为54．43±15．22，症状分级有12人轻度抑郁，24人中度抑郁，18人重度抑郁，阳性率为64．29％。而不同性别、不同文化程度间焦虑与抑郁得分差别均有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论本次调查的受灾群众焦虑症状和抑郁症状都比较严重，因此有必要对受灾群众进行及时的心理辅导与干预。

Survey of anxiety and depression of people during Wenchuan earthquake

Objective To survey the symptom of anxiety and depression in earthquake-streken people. Methods There 84 earthquake-stroken people in the Wenehuan earthquake were surveyed with self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）, and the influential factors were analyzed. Results The mean standard score of anxiety was 45.36±14.15. Six people were suffered from primary anxiety and 12 people were suffered from serious anxiety,and 21.43 of them suffered from anxiety, the mean standard score of depression was 54.43±15.22. Twelve people were suffered from primary depression and 24 of them were suffered from secondary depression and 18 suffered from serious depression,and 64.29 of them suffered from depression. There were significant differences in scores of anxiety and depression between sex and education background （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The earthquake-stroken people were suffered from anxiety and depression, thus psychological intervention is indicated.
