| 摘 要： | 目的了解广西百色市参加黔桂两省灭疟联防区的4个县近15年疟疾防治效果及流行动态。方法收集4个县近15年当地居民、流动人口和疑似疟疾病例资料，采用Excel进行整理分析。结果4个县的人群发热病人血栓占当地总人口的5．84％，人群疟疾发病率从1995年的2．14／万降至2009年的0．04／万，未发现内源性恶性疟病例。流动人口中的疟疾病例逐渐增多，恶性疟病例及死亡病例均是在东南亚国家感染。结论百色市4县区域疟疾得到有效控制，其发病率逐年下降，流动人口病例中没有发现当地继发性疟疾病例。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To understand the results of malaria control in 4 counties of Baise City in a period of 15 years.Methods The data concerning malaria control and fsurveillance in local residents,floating population and clinically diagnosed cases in the recent 15 years were collected and statistically analyzedr.Results The blood examination rate of febrile residents was 5.86% and malaria incidence rate dropped from 2.12/10 000 in 1995 to 0.04/10 000 in 2009.Indigenous Plasmodium falciparum malaria cases were not detected... |
