摘    要:目的介绍实时荧光定量PCR(Real—timePCR)技术快速食物中毒检测的应用。方法运用Real-timePCR检验技术对增菌前后的食物中毒事件样本检测副溶血性孤菌的保守基因片段。结果Real—timePCR检验技术对增菌后的样本检测到的副溶血性弧菌核酸的荧光强度均高于增菌前的样本,证实样本增菌后目标菌生长繁殖,样本中存在具有生物学活性感染力的副溶血性孤菌。结论在食物中毒致病菌的筛查确证工作中,与传统微生物检验技术相结合的Real—timePCR技术值得应用和推广。

Application of real-time PCR in rapid diagnosis of pathogens of food poisoning

Abstract:Aim To introduce the real-time PCR technology for rapid diagnosis of food poisoning pathogens. Methods Real-time PCR technology was employed for rapid detection food poisoning bacteria before and after bacterium enrichment and amplification of gene fragments of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results The fluorescence intensity of real- time PCR teehnology higher in rapid detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus after bacterium enrichment than before bacterium enrichment. Conclusions Real-time PCR technology is suiable for rapid diagnosis of food poisoning pathogens.
