河南省耐药结核病登记情况分析

目的 探索河南省耐药结核病防治现状,发现问题和不足,为改进耐药结核病防治工作提供依据。方法 应用《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中的《结核病管理信息系统》的信息监测数据,对数据进行统计分析。结果 河南省肺结核患者病原学阳性率为23.91%,明显低于国家规划50%的目标;高危病人开展耐药筛查率为72.37%,低于国家规划95%的目标;新病人中开展耐药筛查率为36.40%;高危病人耐多药发现率为56.12%,新病人耐多药发现率为4.87%;耐多药病人纳入治疗率为71.28%;治疗成功率为35.07%;河南省2016年耐多药病人综合控制效果2.15%。结论 河南省耐药结核病防治综合控制效果处于很低水平,为完成国家“十·三五”规划目标,应推广使用分子病原学检测技术、加大耐药筛查力度、落实耐多药病人的规范治疗和管理,减少耐多药的传播和流行。

Current situation of prevention and treatment of MDR-TB in Henan

Objective To explore the current situation of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in Henan Province, and to find out the problems and shortcomings, and to provide the basis for improving the prevention and treatment of MDR-TB. Methods The data of tuberculosis management information system in China Disease Prevention and Control Information System were analyzed. Results The pathogenic positive rate of tuberculosis in Henan Province was 23.91%, which was significantly lower than 50% of the national plan target; the drug resistance screening rate of high risk patients was 72.37% in Henan Province, which was lower than 95% of of the national plan target; the drug resistance screening rate of new patients in Henan Province was 36.40%. The detection rate of MDR-TB in high risk patients in Henan Province was 56.12%; the detection rate of MDR-TB in new patients was 4.87%. The enrollment rate of MDR-TB patients in Henan Province was 71.28%. The successful rate of treatment was 35.07% in Henan Province. In 2016, the comprehensive control effect of MDR-TB in Henan Province was 2.15%. Conclusions The prevention and treatment of MDR-TB in Henan Province is at the lowest level. In order to achieve the goal of "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and reduce the spread and prevalence of MDR-TB, we should popularize the molecular pathogenic detection technology, increase drug resistance screening, implement the standard treatment and management of MDR-TB patients.
