| 摘 要： | 下呼吸道感染临床表现多种多样,其分泌物痰的病原学检查及药敏试验对及时早期明确诊断及针对性合理使用抗菌素意义重大。为获取合格的痰标本和快速而准确的病原学依据,本文就此进行综述。

| Abstract: | The clinical manifestations of lower respiratory tract infection are various.The pathogenic examination of phlegm and drug sensitivity test are of significant importance for early diagnosis and rational use of antibiotics.The correct procedures for collection of qualified phlegm samples and pathogenic examination are discussed. |
