| 摘 要： | 目的 比较三种常用检测扎幌样病毒的方法，以选取适合我国标本的较优检测方法。方法 对收集到的169份粪便分别采用三种逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法进行检测，扩增产物进行测序分析。结果 方法A、B、C检测阳性标本数分别为3份(排出诺瓦克病毒阳性标本后)、4份、1份。4份PCR产物测序分析只有1份为扎幌样病毒，其余为轮状病毒。结论 方法C特异枉最好，即半套式RT-PCR优于其它二种RT-PCR方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare three methods for detection of Sapporo-like virus and selection of better one. Methods Stool specimens were tested by three RT-PCR methods, respectively, and amplified products were sequenced and analyzed. Results The number of positive specimens was 3,4 and 1 by the three methods,respectively.Only one can be determined to be Sapporo-like virus in four sequenlially amplified products,and the other three were rotavirus. Conclusion The third method or the semi-nested RT-PCR is better for detection of Sapporo-like virus. |
