梅毒孕妇及密切相关者梅毒感染调查与临床分析

目的了解梅毒孕妇及其新生儿、性伴梅毒血清学检测情况，并对临床表现进行分析，以期为制订相关防制提供依据。方法对28例梅毒孕妇及其所生婴儿、性伴进行了临床表现、治疗及疗效、梅毒血清学的分析。结果28例梅毒孕妇中，隐性梅毒27例，TPPA均阳性，TRUS阳性27例；10例新生儿均无明显临床表现，均无骨损害，TPPA9例阳性，TRUST阳性5例，滴度均低于其生母；28例性伴中25例接受血清学检测，14例为隐性梅毒；TPPA阳性15例，TRUST阳性15例；55例患者接受青霉素治疗，治愈13例。结论应重视产前梅毒筛壹，以及妊娠梅毒患者性伴的梅毒血清学检测。实施有效的全程抗梅毒治疗是改善妊娠梅毒患者妊娠结局和围产儿预后的关键。

Clinical analysis and survey of infectious status of pregnant women with syphilis and persons closely associated with syphilis infection

Objective To understand the clinical features of pregnant women with syphilis, their newborns and sex partners and the results of detection of antibody to congenital syphilis. Methods Antibody to syphilis in 28 pregnant women with syphilis, their newborns and sex partners were detected and the results of treatment was analyzed. Results Out of the 28 pregnant women with syphilis 96.43% of them were latent syphilis, all of them were positive by TPPA and 27 of them were positive by TRUST. Ten of the newborns were without clinical manifestations and bone damage, and 9 were positive by TPPA, 5 were positive by TRUST with titres lower than their mothers. Among the 25 sex partners received serological test 15 were positive by TPPA and 14 were latent syphilis and 15 were positive by TRUST. Fifty eases were treated with penicillin and 13 were cured. Conclusion Attention be paid to perinatal screening of syphilis and serological test of sex partners of pregnant syphilis eases. Effective and full course treatment is essential for improvement of gestational outcome of pregnancy and the prognosis of perinatal newborns.
