42例恙虫病的临床分析

目的分析恙虫病的临床特点，为临床治疗提供依据。方法对42例恙虫病患者进行回顾性分析。结果42例均有草丛树木接触史，均出现高热，焦痂和溃疡41例（97．6％），淋巴肿大36例（85．6％），变形杆菌OXk凝集反应阳性37例（88．1％），血白细胞计数多数正常或稍低32例（76．2％），27例（64．3％）有肝损害，9例（21．4％）有肺部影像学的改变，经氯霉素或阿奇霉素治疗均治愈。结论恙虫病临床表现复杂多样，提高对此病的认识，是恙虫病早诊断，早治疗的关键。

Clinical analysis of 42 tsutsugamushi disease cases

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of tsutsugamushi disease in order to provide assistance for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 42 tsutsugamushi disease patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Forty-two 42 cases had history of contacting grass and brushwood and all of them showed the sign of hyperpyrexia.In addition,eschar and ulcer were observed in 41 cases(97.6%),lymth tumescence was noticed in 36 cases(85.6%),37 cases were positive in Bacillus proteus agglutination reaction,blood lencocyte count were normal or slightly low in 32 cases(76.2%),hepatic lesion occurred to 27 cases(64.3%)pulmonary imaging change was observed in 9 cases(21.4%).All the patients were cured with Chloramphenicol and Azithromycin.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of tsutsgamushi disease are complicated,The key measure for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease is to raise recognition of the disease.
