摘    要:目的研究三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒后大鼠的肾脏损伤及预后。方法 80只成年雄性SD大鼠经口暴露于三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸,设1个对照组和3个实验组,每组20大鼠,每天对动物经口灌胃染毒1次,连续28d,停止染毒后继续观察14d,实验结束时收集大鼠血液、肾脏进行检测。结果三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒会造成雄性SD大鼠体重增加受到抑制,肾脏脏器系数与血液生化指标改变,肾脏发生结晶现象,部分肾小管与肾小球结构破坏,肾脏病理损伤在停止染毒14d后并无缓解。结论三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合经口28d染毒引起雄性SD大鼠肾脏的病理损伤,在停止染毒后14d并无明显改善。

Renal injury in male rats after exposed to melamine and cyanuric acid and prognosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the renal injury and prognosis o male rats after exposed to melamine and cyanuric acid.Methods Eighty male SD rats were randomly divided into one control group and three dose groups each consisted of 20 rats.Melamine and cyanuric acid were given by gavage in combination.After a repeated-dose of 28-day oral toxicity explore,then the organs of rats were collected for detection after another 14 days of observation.Results After exposure,significantly changes in rats were observed in body weight,organ-to-body weight ratios of kidney and biochemical indexes.There was extensive crystal formation in kidneys of rats.The frequencies and dimensions of crystal formation in renal tubules and renal glomeruli of rats were increased with increasing dose of melamine and cyanuric acid.Pathological changes in kidney of rats were still existed 14 days after exposure.Conclusions Changes in body weight,organ-to-body weight ratios,biochemical indexes and renal pathology in male Sprague-Dawley rats after a 28-day oral exposure of the rats to melamine and cyanuric acid were still not improved 14 days later.
