| 摘 要： | 目的了解大理地区白族人群感染乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）基因型的分布。方法对202份乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性血清采用基因型特异性引物-PCR法进行基因型检测。结果202份血清标本中100份（49．5％）HBV基因分型阳性。其中，B基因型41份，占41％；C基因型25份，占25％；B＋C混合基因型34份，占34％。在HBV基因型B、C、B＋C中HBeAg阳性率分别为：68．3％（28／41）、40．0％（10／25）、58．8％（20／34），B、C基因型比较HBeAg阳性率有显著性差异（x^2=5．089，P=0．024）。结论大理地区HBV基因型主要为B基因型、C基因型和B＋C混合基因型，最显著的特点是B＋C混合基因型感染占很大比例。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes among people with HBV-infection in DaLi Bai Autonomous Prefecture. Methods A total of 202 serum samples with positive HBsAg were collected for detection of HBV genotypes by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with HBV genotype-specific primers.
