林蛙油软胶囊缓解体力疲劳功能的研究

目的研究林蛙油软胶囊的缓解体力疲劳作用。方法林蛙油软胶囊按500mg／kg·BW、1000mg／kg·BW、1500mg/kg．BW连续灌胃雄性昆明小鼠30d，测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝糖原含量。结果三个剂量组小鼠与对照组比较，经统计学处理，除低剂量组无显著性差异外（p〉0．05），中、高剂量组的负重游泳时间延长差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），运动后血清尿素降低差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），肝糖原含量升高差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），三个剂量组的血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较，经统计学处理，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论林蛙油软胶囊具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。

Study on the alleviating effect of oviducts rana capsule on physical fatigue

Aim To investigate the alleviating effect of oviducts rana capsule on fatigue induced by exercise. Methods Male KM mice divided into three dose groups were continuously given oviducts rana capsule by lavage for 30 days at the dosage of 500mg/kg.BW, 1 000mg/kg.BW and 1 500mg/kg.BW. Then the loaded swimming time,blood lactic acid,glycogen in liver,serum urea nitrogen were determined and analyzed. Results Thirty days after used of oviducts rana capsules the swimming time,in the mice of the dose groups of 1000mg/kg.BW and 1500mg/kg.BW were was longer,the level of serum urea was lower and level of liver glycogen was higher than that of the mice in low dose group, showing significant differences （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The oviducts rana capsule could alleviate physical fatigue induceded by exercise.
