慢性特发性荨麻疹临床表现与抗甲状腺自身抗体的关系

摘    要:目的了解慢性特发性荨麻疹临床表现与抗甲状腺自身抗体的关系,探讨抗甲状腺自身抗体阳性慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床表现特点。方法观察100例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者的临床表现,同时检测抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO)和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA),并与42名正常人进行比较。结果病例组慢性特发性荨麻疹患者抗甲状腺自身抗体阳性率和甲状腺肿大发生率高于对照组正常人(P〈0.05),TPO/TGA阳性患者与阴性患者之间皮肤瘙瘁、风团数量和风团大小的评分差别均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);TPO/TGA阳性患者甲状腺肿大的发生率较TPO/TGA阴性患者为高(P〈0.05)。结论抗甲状腺自身抗体与慢性特发性荨麻疹发病有关,TPO/TGA阳性慢性特发性荨麻疹患者易出现甲状腺肿大,但慢性特发性荨麻疹皮疹轻重及瘙瘁程度与抗甲状腺自身抗体出现与否无关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of clinical manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) with the positive rate of antithyroid antibodies.. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with CIU were collected. Antithyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO)and antithyroglobulin antibody (TGA) from the patients and 42 health controls were tested. Results TPO and TGA from the patients with CIU were significantly higher than that in health controls (P〈0.05). There were no differences in clinical features in patients with TPO and TGA copmared to the patients without those antibodies (P〉0.05). Patients with TPO and TGA showed a higher tendency of occurrence of goiter. Conclusions TPO and TGA are associated with CIU, but there is no relationship between clinical features of CIU and the occurrence of goiter.
