健康教育配合药物治疗老年阴囊湿疹的疗效观察

目的观察序贯外用派瑞松霜和糠酸莫米松乳膏配合健康教育治疗老年阴囊湿疹的效果。方法选择门诊老年阴囊湿疹患者178例随机分为观察组90例和对照组88例,观察组序贯外用派瑞松霜和青鹏软膏,同时给予持续的健康教育;对照组仅序贯外用派瑞松霜和青鹏软膏,每周复诊1次,4周后比较2组疗效;3个月后比较复发率。结果3周后观察组总有效率为96.7%(87/90),对照组为81.8%(72/88),两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);3月后观察组复发率为6.7%(6/90),对照组为31.9%(28/88),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论序贯外用派瑞松霜和青鹏软膏疗法配合健康教育治疗老年阴囊湿疹具有起效快、疗效好、不良反应少,患者依从性强,复发率低的优点,值得临床应用。

Effect of health education combined with drugs on elderly patients with scrotum eczema

Objective To observe the effect health education combined with drugs on elderly patients with scrotumeczema. Methods The 178 cases of outpatients with scrotum eczema were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The 90 cases in the observation group were given sequential topical Qingpeng ointment and pevisone cream combined withhealth education. The 88 cases in the control group were only sequential topical Qingpeng ointment and pevisone cream. Theeffects in two groups were compared and analyzed four weeks treatment and the recurrence rate in both groups were alsocompared 3 months later. Results The total effective rate in observation group 4 weeks after treatment was 96.7%（87/90）and that in the control group was 81.8%（72/88）, revealing statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group three months after treatment was 6.7%（6/90） and that of the control group was31.9%（28/88）, also showing statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sequentialexternal pevisone cream and Qingpeng paste therapy combined with health education is effective in treatment of elderlypatients with scrotal eczema with less adverse reaction and low recurrence,suitable for clinical application.
