玉溪市学生故意伤害行为调查

目的通过开展学生故意伤害行为调查,了解玉溪市大学、高中、初中在校就读学生故意伤害发生的主要原因、影响因素及行为差异,为在学校开展预防伤害健康干预提供理论依据。方法采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷"进行调查,剔除填写不完整的问卷,采用Epidata 3.0录入全部数据,导入Excel,用SPSS 11.5进行统计分析。结果玉溪市大学、高中、初中在校就读学生形成故意伤害的主要原因:因为学习压力而不愉快、感到狐独、被恶意取笑、经常被开色情玩笑等;在过去1年中,有68.6%的学生因为学习压力而不愉快,有57.9%的学生曾感到狐独;过去30天,曾被恶意取笑的占45.9%,经常被开色情玩笑等经常被开色情玩笑占30.5%,有13.2%的学生曾经故意伤害过自己;有10.5%的学生考虑过自杀,6.8%作过自杀的计划,2.5%采取措施试图自杀;35.8%的学生想过离家出走。结论玉溪市大学、高中、初中学生故意伤害行为的发生率较高,应加强伤害干预,把伤害防制纳入到学生健康管理工作,并切实采取有效措施,建立学校-家庭社区三联屏障,预防和降低学生故意伤害的发生。

Survey of intentional harmful behavior among students in Yuxi City

Objective To investigate the main reason and influencing factors of intentional harm behavior among students of high school, junior high school students for the evidence of future health intervention. Methods Questionnaires survey of Chinese Adolescent Health Behavior were was conducted, all data were recorded using Epidata 3.0, put into Excel, and analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Result The main causes for students＇ intentional hurt in university, high school, junior high school were that they had study stress in the past year（68.6%）, felt lonely in the past year（57.9%）, being mocked in the past month （45.9%）, being often played pornographic joke in the past month（30.5% ）,etc. In additon, in the past 30 days , self-mutilation accouted for 13.2%; suicidal thoughts for 10.5%, making suicidal plans for 6.8%, attempting to suicide for 2.5%; thoughts of running away from home for 35.8%. Conclusion There was high incidence of intentional harmful behavior among the university, high school, junior high school students in Yuxi. Therefore, harm prevention be strengthened and be brought into student health management work.Besides effective measures be taken for barrier establishment of schools -family-community for prevention and control of students＇ intentional harm.
