热带和亚热带地区部队官兵心理健康影响因素分析

目的调查热区部队官兵心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法以症状自评量表（SCL-90）、简易应对方式量表、生活事件量表和艾森克个性问卷调查驻热带和亚热带热区部队1500名基层陆军官兵心理健康状况及相关心理社会因素。结果热区部队官兵SCL-90中的躯体化、焦虑两因子分显著高于军人常模（P〈0．05），而敌对、恐怖及精神病性因子分显著低于军人常模（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。热区部队官兵心理健康与多种因素呈显著相关性，前五位相关因素依次是人格特征中的神经质维度、生活事件中的前途问题、生活事件中的人际关系、消极应对方式和获得社会支持水平。结论热区部队官兵心理健康水平总体上较好。其影响因素包括人格特征、生活事件、应对方式和社会支持等多种心理社会因素。

Survey of psychological Health status and its related factors in marny soldiers in tropical and subtropical areas.

Objective To survey the psychological health status and its related factors in army soldiers in tropical and subtropical areas. Methods There 1 500 army soldiers in provinces of Hainan, Guagndong and Guangxi were surveyed by symptom checklist （SCL-90）,and the influencing factors were evaluated by Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,EPQ ,ae well as Life Events Scale （LES）. Results The factorial scores of Somatization and Anxiety of tropical region armymen were significantly higher than that of military normal value（P〈0.05）, and the hostility, photie anxiety and psychotieism scores were significantly lower than the normal value（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The psychological health of the armymen had significantly correlated with the following 5 factors （in descending order） the future,social and interpersonal relation,negative coping style and social support level. Conclusion The psychological health of the tropical and subtropical sodldiers are related with a number of factors.
