江苏省泗洪县疟疾流行状况基线调查分析

目的:了解和掌握泗洪县于项目实施前有关的疟疾实际疫情、防治能力、疟防知识等现状，并为项目实施的效果评价提供基线依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方式，调查时段为2002年1～12月。结果疫情漏报率为19．1％．现症病人正规治疗率20．0％，疟史休根率65．5％，居民及中、小学生疟防知识合格率分别为30．0％、76．8％、21．4％，估计疫情报告符合率76.8％。结论:泗洪县疟防工作仍存在许多困难和问题，需进一步加强和完善。

Analysis of baseline survey of malaria prevalent status in Sihong Town,Jiangsu Province

Objective To understand the actual infectious status of malaria, control capability, knowledge of malaria control before the implementation of malaria project in the county and provide basic evidence of appraising the implementary effect in malaria project. Methods Retrospective survey was conducted from January to December in 2002. Results Missing report rate was 19.1%, standard treatment rate of current infections was 20.0%, radical cure rate was 65.5%, Rates of knowing knowledge of malaria control among pupils and middle school students were 76.8%, 21.4% respcctivcly and 30.0% among residents. the rate in coincidence with that of the reported malaria infection was 76.8%. Conclusion There a lot of difficulties and problems in malaria control in this county have to be solved, and support from malaria project of global fund is needed.
