| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺曲霉菌球的临床特点、手术治疗的安全性与疗效。方法回顾分析16例采用外科手术治疗的肺曲霉菌病的临床资料和随访结果。结果共行肺叶切除术4例，局部切除术12例，切除标本送检，均证实为肺曲霉菌病，术后行抗真菌治疗2-4周。全组无手术死亡，术后发生曲霉菌胸腔播散2例。随访4个月～9年无肺曲霉病复发和播散。结论手术治疗肺曲霉菌球安全、有效，一旦确诊应积极手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Aim To report the results of surgical treatment of 16 pulmonary aspergilloma patients. Methods The 16 patients with pulmonary aspergilloma were surgically treated. Results 4 patients underwent pulmonary lobectomy, 12 patients underwent local pulmonary resection.All specimens were confirmed pathologically. All patients patients underwent general antibacterial therapy. Conclusion Surgical resection of lesion is safe and effective for treatment of pulmonary aspergilloma patients. |
