摘    要:目的分析肥胖少年儿童的血清瘦素(Ceptin)、甲状腺素含量及骨龄(SA)的特点及之间的相互关系,为儿童肥胖防治提供依据。方法选择9~17岁单纯性肥胖少年儿童41例作为研究对象,按1:1配对选择41例正常儿童作为对照,采用放射免疫法定量检测血清甲状腺素、瘦素;拍摄左手腕X线片进行骨龄评定。结果肥胖组的血清瘦素含量、吗含量、骨龄均高于对照组(P〈0.05),吗与骨龄之间存在正相关关系(r=0.29,P〈0.01)。结论单纯性肥胖少年儿童骨龄大于同龄正常少年儿童,瘦素及FT3的水平较高;后者可能是导致肥胖儿童骨龄较大的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlations of the concentrations of srum leptin and thyroxin with the features of bone age in obese children. Methods There 41 obese chidlren aged from 9 to 17 years old were chosen as observtional subjects. Another 41 children were taken as control. The concentrations of thyroxin and leptin in each group were quantitiatively determined with radioimmunoassay. The bone age was determined by X - ray photograph at left hand wrist. Results The concentrations of leptin, FT3 and bone age in obese group were higher than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.05), There was positive correlation botween the level of FT3 and bone age (r = 0.29, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The bone age of obese children exeeds normal ones of the same age group and the concentrations of leptin and FT3 are also higher. The incease of concentration of FT3 might be one the causes resulting in the incease of boone age in obese chidlren.
