| 摘 要： | 目的研究应用脉冲场凝胶电泳方法甄别霍乱疫情传染源的效果。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳（PFGE）分子分型方法分析所检出的霍乱菌株间的相关性，用PCR方法检测CT毒素基因的携带情况。结果分离自患者的2株霍乱弧菌CT毒素基因检测为阳性，PFGE图谱反映有差异；分离自健康携带者的CT毒素基因检测为阴性，且PFGE图谱与患者株存在明显差异。结论霍乱弧菌健康携带者的PFGE分子分型与患者分离的不一致，存在病患分别感染的可能。 |
