消渴调补方对2型糖尿病模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的预防与治疗作用

目的]观察消渴调补方对2型糖尿病模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法]建立2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,设立正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(马莱酸罗格列酮)、消渴调补方大、中、小剂量组.各组每日分别灌胃给予相应的药物或蒸馏水,8周后检测空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮等指标,计算胰岛素敏感指数.结果]与模型组比较,消渴调补方大、中剂量组大鼠空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、甘油三酯及尿素氮含量明显降低,血清胰岛素敏感指数明显升高,消渴调补方高剂量组大鼠血清总胆固醇含量明显降低.结论]消渴调补方对链脲佐菌素所致的2型糖尿病模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗具有预防与治疗作用.
