| 摘 要： | 目的 ]探讨细胞印片在肿瘤手术中的诊断价值 .方法 ]对 12 4例术中送检肿瘤标本进行细胞印片诊断 ,并与冷冻切片及术后石蜡切片诊断进行比较 .结果 ]与常规石蜡切片诊断比较 ,术中细胞印片诊断的准确率为 96 0 % ,冷冻切片的准确率为 98 4 % .结论 ]术中细胞印片诊断肿瘤的准确率与冷冻切片相似 ,是一种简便、快速及可靠的术中诊断肿瘤的方法 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the value of imprint cytology for the diagnosis in intraoperative tumors.?METHODS?124 cases of tumor specimens were examined by imprint cytology that was compared with frozen and paraffin section.?RESULTS?In contrast to the diagnosis with paraffin section, accurate rate of diagnosis with imprint cytology and frozen section was 96 0% and 98 4%, respectively.?CONCLUSION? The accurate rate of diagnosis with imprint cytology is similar to the frozen section but is simple, rapid, and reliable method for tumor diagnosis during operation. |
