| 摘 要： | 目的 分析股内侧肌部分转移手术的疗效。方法 对１０例髌骨平脱位病人（１２个膝）进行股内侧肌部分转移术，并应用Ｊｏｈｎ．Ｎ评分系统，评估分析术前术后的疗效，随访２～４年，平均３年４个月。结果 术后疗铲优为５８％，良为２５％，病人术后疼痛、关节活动功能均得到明显改善，尤其是解除前痛效果显。结论 股内侧肌部分转移手术凼半治疗髌骨半脱位的效果满意。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study medium term results of vastus medius transfer surgery for recurrent sublu xation of the patella. METHODS 12 cases of recurrent subluxation of patella were operated by vastus medius transfer. Using Jonh.N.Insall score system, the medium term treatment results were analyzed. The followed up time was from 2 to 4 years with average 3 years and 4 months. RESULTS The joint function improvement were excellent in 58% and good in 25%, especially in pain relief. CONCLUSION The vastus medius transfer surgery is satisfactory for treatment of recurrent subluxatoin of the patella. |
