延吉市朝鲜族和汉族居民死亡水平分析

目的 ]了解 2 0 0 0年延吉市朝鲜族和汉族居民的死亡水平 .方法 ]对 2 0 0 0年延吉市全部死亡病例资料进行回顾性调查分析 .结果 ]2 0 0 0年延吉市总人口死亡率为 390 4 9/ 10万 ,标化死亡率为4 80 2 0 / 10万 ,无论男女 ,朝鲜族居民的死亡率均明显高于汉族 .朝鲜族男性的心脑血管疾病、肿瘤及意外伤害死亡率均显著高于汉族男性 ;朝鲜族女性的心脑血管病及消化系统疾病死亡率均显著高于汉族女性 ,而汉族女性的呼吸系统疾病死亡率显著高于朝鲜族女性 .结论 ]心脑血管疾病及肿瘤等慢性疾病和意外伤害是本地区居民的主要死亡原因 ,应尽快建立和加强慢性疾病的发病及相关行为危险因素的监测系统 .

Analysis of death level in the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanji city

OBJECTIVE?To investigate the death level in the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanji city in 2000.?METHOD S?The death cases of 2000 in Yanji city were retrospectively surveyed. ?RESULTS?The total mortality among residents of Yanji city was 390.49 per 100?000 populations, the standardized mortality was 480.20 pe r 100?000, the mortalities of the Korean-Chinese were higher than that o f the Han nationality for both gender; for male, the mortality of cardio-cerebr ovascular diseases, malignant neoplasms and accidental injury of Korean -Chinese was higher than that of Han nationality; for female, the mortality of cardi o-c erebrovascular diseases and digestive diseases of the Korean-Chinese was higher than that of the Han nationality, and of respiratory diseases of the Han nation ality was significantly higher than that of the Korean-Chinese nationality.? CONCLU SION?The leading causes of death of Yanji city were chronic diseases (s uch as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, neoplasms) and accidental injury. Survei llance of chronic diseases and it's related lifestyle factors is necessary a s soon as possible.
