4例主动脉瘤的外科治疗

背景 ]探讨应用人工血管移植术治疗主动脉瘤的早期疗效和经验 .病例报告 ]4例主动脉瘤病人均为男性 ,平均年龄为 5 0岁 ;其中 2例为升主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全 (马凡氏综合征 ) ,另 2例为肾动脉下腹主动脉瘤 .4例均行动脉瘤切除、人工血管移植术 ;同时切除其中 2例主动脉瓣关闭不全者的主动脉瓣 ,置入机械瓣 .术后临床效果良好 ,疼痛症状消失 ,心功能恢复到Ⅱ级 .讨论 ]人工血管移植术是治疗升主动脉瘤和腹主动脉瘤的安全而可靠的方法

Surgical treatment for 4 cases of aortic aneurysm

BACKGROUND?To review the experience and early curative effect of treating aortic aneurysm by replacement with vascular prosthesis.?CASE REPORT?All of 4 cases of aortic aneurysm was male, average age was 50 year, in which 2 cases were ascending aortic aneurysm with aortic valve insufficiency (Marfan syndrome) and the other 2 cases were abdominal aortic aneurysm located under the renal artery. All of 4 cases was performed by aneurysm resection and replacement with vascular prosthesis, but the 2 cases were treated by aortic valve resection and replacement with mechanical valve in the same time. After operation, the pain was vanished and the function of heart was recovered to degree Ⅱ in every patient.?DISCUSSION?The surgical treatment of aortic aneurysm by replacement with vascular prosthesis is the only safe and effective method to treat ascending and abdominal aortic aneurysm.
