| 摘 要： | 背景 ]探讨食管憩室的诊断、定位及手术治疗体会 .病例报告 ]2 0例食管憩室病例中行手术治疗 19例 ,均行单纯憩室切除术 ,无食管漏或其他合并症 ;随访 1～ 5年 ,无憩室复发 .讨论 ]单纯憩室切除术为较满意的外科术式 ,术中憩室以胃管定位的方法简便、实用 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDTo evaluate the experience of diagnosis, orientation and surgical treatment of esophageal diverticulum.CASE REPORTSurgical treatment was performed in 19 cases among 20 cases, complete resection of the diverticulum was done in all cases.There were no esophageal fistulae and other complications.12 cases were followed up at 1～5 years, there were no recurrence of diverticulum.DISCUSSIONComplete resection of the diverticulum is a good surgical technique, diverticular orientation using G-tube during operation is a simple and effective method. |
