| 摘 要： | 目的 ]在二氧化碳气膜下施行腹腔镜手术麻醉时 ,观察动脉血中二氧化碳分压的变化 .方法 ]在手术前、手术期间抽取桡动脉血 ,进行血气分析 .结果 ]手术开始 10min后二氧化碳分压逐渐上升 ,2 0min后动脉血中二氧化碳分压明显上升 ,超过正常范围 .结论 ]在二氧化碳气腹下施行腹腔镜手术时 ,动脉血中二氧化碳分压上升 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To observe the pressure change of carbon dioxide (CO 2) in blood during the anesthesia with pneumoperitoneum of CO 2.?METHODS?The analysis of blood gas from blood sample of radial artery was performed at pre and mid operation.?RESULTS?The pressure of CO 2 in artery was gradually increased after 10 min of operation and remarkably over the normal limits after 20 min.?CONCLUSION?The pressure of CO 2 in artery blood is increased during the video assisted abdominal surgery under pneumoperitoneum with CO 2. |
