医学生人格特征分布与心理健康现状的相关性

目的]了解医学生的人格特征分布特点及其与心理健康状况的关系.方法]采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1 073名医学生进行健康测试,其中EPQ包含外向性(E)、神经质(N)、精神质(P)和掩饰性(L)4个分量表.结果]男生P,E量表得分明显高于常模、L量表得分则低于常模;女生P,N,L量表得分明显低于常模,E量表得分高于常模(P<0.01).相关分析结果表明,医学生人格特征各分量表与SCL-90各因子之间均呈现不同程度的相关关系.结论]本地区医学生人格偏外向、好交际,且医学生的人格特征与心理健康关系密切.

Correlative analysis of personality characteristics and psychological health status in medical students

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between psychological health characteristics in medical students. METHODS The health test was performed in 1 status and personality 073 medical students, and the information on psychological health status and stressful life events were collected by Eysenck Personality Question（EPQ） and Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90）, in which EPQ including 4 of divided rating scales with extrovision （E）, neuroticism （N）, psychoticism（P） and lie（L）. RESULTS The score in the P,E was significantly higher and in the L was lower than that in the norm in male students, and in the P,N and L was significantly lower and in the E was higher than that in the norm in female students （P〈0.01）. There were significant correlation between total score of SCL-90 and EPQ with certain ethnic differences. CONCLUSION The medical students are inclined to be extroversive, and the personality is correlated with the Status of their mental health.
