| 摘 要： | 目的 ]研究伊维菌素乳膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用 .方法 ]利用健康SD大鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验 ,用健康白兔进行皮肤刺激性试验 ,用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验 .结果 ]伊维菌素乳膏对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无急性毒性反应 ,对白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性 ,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用 .结论 ]伊维菌素乳膏用于预防和治疗与人体蠕形螨有关的酒糟鼻、痤疮及毛囊炎时是较安全的

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study toxicity of ivermectin ointment in the skin of animals.METHODSUsing ivermectin ointment, acute cutaneous toxic experiment was performed on the skin of healthy rats, cutaneous hypersensitivity was performed in healthy guinea pig.RESULTSThe ivermectin ointment had no acute toxicity, no cutaneous stimulation and no hypersensitive effects for the intac or damaged skin in rats, rabbits and guinea pigs, respectively.CONCLUSIONIt is safe that the ivermectin prevents and treats the rosacea, acne and folliculitis related with demodicidosis. |
