医院实施绩效考核的思索

摘    要:医院实施绩效考核是医疗体制改革的必然趋势,是逐步提升公益性医疗单位在社会主导地位,不断改善患者就医环境的需要。医院绩效考核是医院管理的重要内容,是各项规章制度得以落实的依据,是调动员工工作积极性的好方法,也是不断提升医院工作水平的基础。本文从绩效考核指标的分类、考核分数权重的分配、考核分值的设定形式及考核分数的计算、评价与调整四个方面,结合自身的实践探讨医院实施绩效考核的形式与方法。

Abstract:Hospital performance Assessment is an inevitable trend in health care reform, and is necessary to gradually enhance the social dominant status of public medical institution and continuously improve the healthcare environment for patient. Hospital performance Assessment is an important part of hospital management, a basis of rules and regulations to be implemented, a good way to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to work, and a foundation to continuously upgrade the level of hospital work. This article discussed the form and method of hospital performance assessment, combined with its own practice, according to the classification of performance index, the weight distribution of assessment scores, the set form of assessment scores, and calculation, evaluation and adjustment of scores.
