| 摘 要： | 在医院质量监管工作中,引入ISO质量管理体系,创立信息技术下的"院务公开"管理系统,使"院务公开"真正做到主动、实质、整体、持续地公开。对全面提升医院工作质量,规范医院质量监管工作及管理水平是大有裨益的,可为各级各类医院质量监管工作提供操作性强、参考意义大的新型模式。

| Abstract: | In hospital quality control, it should be necessary to introduce ISO quality management system and create ＂Opening Hospital Affairs＂ management system under information technology, to realize really active, substantial, whole and continuous ＂Opening Hospital Affairs＂. It would be helpful to completely improve healthcare service quality and standardize hospital quality supervision and management, as well as provide a feasible significant new model for all levels of hospitals to control hospital quality. |
