目的 分析慢性疲劳综合征病人的疲劳，抑郁，焦虑及生活事件的特点，并探讨其间相关性。方法 运用量表的形式，观察了１３０例ＣＦＳ病人及６５例年龄，性别均相匹配的健康对照者的疲劳，抑郁，焦虑及生活事件状况。结果（１）ＣＦＳ病人存在明显的脑力与躯体疲劳，其特点是：存在明显的由于疲劳而出现的心理后果；疲劳具有明显的情境特生，对于休息，睡眠的反应不明显。（２）ＣＦＳ病人具有明显的抑郁与焦虑的情绪改变。（３）Ｃ

A study on the characteristic of fatigue,depression,anxiety,life event and their correlation in the patients with chronic fatigue syndrome

Objective To reasearch the characteristic of fatigue,depression,anxiety,life events and their correlation in the patients with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Method By use of some scales, to observe fatigue,depression,anxiety and life events of 130 CFS patients and 65 health control subjects matched with the patients in age and gender.Results 1.Compared with control subjects, CFS patients had signficant mental and physical fatigue,with different characteristic from the controls;significant depression and anxiety;more negative life events,especially on the aspects of family,work and study.2.Positive correlation was shown among the total fatigue value,the degree of anxiety and depression and the stimulation quantities of life events(especially negative events). Conclusion The degree of fatigue ,depression and anxiety of CFS patients had close relationship with the stimulation quantities of life events,in addition,the degree of fatigue had influence on the changes of such emotions as anxiety and depression.
