新兵积极心理品质评估问卷的初步编制

目的 编制新兵积极心理品质评估问卷.方法 通过文献查阅、经验访谈和专家评议,形成新兵积极心理品质评估问卷的结构模型和80条初始条目.某部队972名新兵完成了新兵积极心理品质评估问卷,其中220名新兵还完成了抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和90项症状清单（SCL-90）的评定,间隔一个月后350人接受新兵积极心理品质评估问卷重测.结果 新兵积极心理品质评估问卷内部一致性系数为0.953；分半信度系数经Spearman-Brown公式矫正后为0.894；重测信度0.660；验证性因素分析的模型拟合指数良好（x2/df=1.836,RMSEA=0.062,GFI=0.975,AGFI=0.942,NFI=0.984,IFI=0.993,NNFI=0.988,CFI=0.993）；问卷总均分与SDS、SAS和SCL-90得分呈显著负相关（均P＜0.01）.结论 该问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于评估新兵的积极心理品质.

Development of the positive mental characters scale for recruits

Objective To develop the positive mental characters scale for recruits （PMCS-R）.Methods According to the literature reviewing,interviewing and expert reviewing,structure model and 80 items of PMCS-R were determined.972 recruits completed the PMCS-R assessment,220 recruits of above group were assessed by utilizing the self-rating depression scale（SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）,and the PMCS-R was re-administered to 350 participants one month later.Results The internal consistency （Cronbach＇ s alpha） of the PMCS-R was 0.953; the split-reliability was 0.894; the test-retest reliability was 0.660; the confirmatory factor analysis showed that a higher goodness of fit （x 2/df =1.836,RMSEA =0.062,GFI =0.975,AGFI =0.942,NFI =0.984,IFI =0.993,NNFI =0.988,CFI =0.993）.PMCS-R score was negatively correlated with the scores of the SDS,SAS and SCL-90（all P＜0.01）.Conclusion The positive mental characters scale for recruits shows good reliability and validity,and it can be used in assessing the positive mental characters for recruits.
