| 摘 要： | 分析生活习惯、心理状态与慢性前腺炎的关系，从而为该病的防治提供依据。方法以３００例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象，经ＳＣＬ—９０评定与中国常模比较、分析生活习惯、心理状态与该病的关系。结果患者抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性四项因子明显高于常模（Ｐ＜０．０５）。心理状态与病期、药敏结果有一定的相关性。生活习惯对于慢性前列腺炎的防治有一定的影响。结论对于慢性前列腺炎进行躯体治疗的同时进行心理干预和行为纠正对该病的恢复是有利的。

| Abstract: | ? Objective To study the relationship between life habit,mental state and chronic prostatitis,to prompt the prevention and treatment of disease.Method 300 patients with chronic prostatitis were self rated with SCL-90 and the scores was compared with the normal.Results The scores of depresson, anxiety, photic anxiety,psychoticism factor in patients were higher markedly than that of the normal,mental disorder had certain correlation with the duration of CP and drug sensitivity.life habit affects the prevention and treatment of CP.Conclusion Mental intervention and behavior correction are favorable for the rehabilitation of CP meantime somatic therapy. |
