| 摘 要： | 为探讨心理干预在冠心病治疗中的作用。方法在内科常规治疗的同时，应用支持性心理治疗对干预组一些不恰当认知的进行纠正，应用心理测验量表对照观察治疗两周。结果发现心理干预能有效地稳定病人情绪，消除焦虑、抑郁、敌对性症状，也改善了躯体症状，缩短了住院时间。结论冠心病在躯体治疗的同时，辅以心理干预能促进疾病的康复，临床应于重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of the psychological intervention in the treatment of the CHD. Method The supportive psychotherapy and the cognitive procedure therapy were employed to treat the patients with CHD.Two weeks later, the treatment was evaluated by the psychology test scale, and compared with the control group.Result anxiety, depression and hostility of the patients were decreased after the treatment. It significatly stablized the patien's emotion.At the same time,the somatic symptom was improved. Conclution The psychology intervention treatment is helpful in treating the CHD patients during the somatic thtreatment. It should be attached great importance to the psychology treatment of CHD. |
