糖尿病教育对2型糖尿病患者情绪障碍及糖代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 了解2型糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪并探讨糖尿病教育及心理干预等对情绪的影响。方法 将62例2型糖尿病患者随机分为内科治疗组与合并心理治疗组,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别进行治疗前后测评,同时与正常人群对照。结果 糖尿病组焦虑、抑郁程度明显高于正常人群,合并心理治疗组焦虑、抑郁情绪改善较内科治疗组显著,且糖代谢更好。结论 糖尿病患者多伴有焦虑、抑郁情绪,糖尿病教育及心理干预可更好地改善情绪症状及改善糖代谢。

Abstract:Objective To determine the depressive and anxiety symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes and to investigate the effects of diabetes education and psychological intervention on these symptoms. Method Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self rating Depressive Scale(SDS) were administered to 62 patients with type 2 diabetes and 30 normal controls,and the patients were assessed again after receiving diabetes education and psychological intervention. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in diabetes group were significantly higher than those in normal group.After diabetes education and psychological intervention,mood symptoms and glucose metabolism were significantly improved. Conclusion Anxiety symptoms and depressive symptoms were commonly accompanied in type 2 diabetes patients,and diabetes education and psychological intervention can improve mood symptoms and glucose metabolism.
