驻港部队军人心理应激状况及其影响因素分析

目的 研究驻港部队军人心理应激状况及其影响因素，为心理教育提供依据。方法 应用军人心理应激自评问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及自编相关因素调查表，对211名男性驻港部队军人进行心理测试。结果 (1)211名驻港军人中有10人呈现较明显的心理应激，占4．74％；SCL-90中的躯体化、焦虑因子分显著高于军人常模，而敌对、恐怖及精神病性因子分显著低于军人常模。(2)驻港军人心理应激评分与EPQ的精神病质、神经质维度分呈显著正相关，与效度量表分呈显著负相关。SCL-90各因子分与EPQ的精神病质、神经质维度分呈正相关，与内外向质、效度量表维度分呈负相关。(3)经多元逐步回归分析，影响驻港军人心理应激的因素是：EPQ-N、休息、EPQ-L、人际关系及是否理解军训意义。结论 情绪不稳定及掩饰倾向严重的个性特征、休息、人际关系和是否理解军训意义是造成心理应激的主要因素。

Study to mental stress of soldiers of PLA stationed in Hongkong

Objective To study the factors influencing mental stress of soldiers stationed in Hongkong. Methods 211 male soldiers were tested by Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test, Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and interrelated factors questionnaire. Results (1) 4.74 percent soldiers showed up mental stress; the scores of Somatization and Anxiety of SCL-90 were higher significantly than those of the military norm, and the scores of hostility, phobic anxiety and psychoticism were lower significantly than the norm. (2) The score of mental stress correlated positively with the EPQ-P and EPQ-N, but correlated negatively with EPQ-L. The scores of SCL-90 factors correlated positively with EPQ-P and EPQ-N, but correlated negatively with EPQ-E and EPQ-L. (3) The results of step by step analyzing showed that factors influencing mental stress were EPQ-N, rest time, EPQ-L, interpersonal relation and if comprehending the importance of military training. Conclusion About 5 percent soldiers showed up mental stress. Instability of mood and psychological conceal tendency of personality, rest time, interpersonal relation and if comprehending the importance of military training are the main factors to mental stress.
