智能电针治疗精神分裂症伴发抑郁症状的临床疗效观察

目的 观察智能电针治疗精神分裂症伴发抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法 选取42例精神下伴发抑郁症状的患者，随机抽取22例应用智能电针配合抗精神病药物作为治疗组，其余20例单用抗精神病药物作为对照组。按HAMD（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）（24项版本）、SDS（Zungs抑郁自评量表）评价两组治疗前后分数变化比较。以HAMD总分的减分率作为临床疗效评分标准。结果 电针治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，临床显效率40．9％，好转率45．5％，总有效率86．4％。结论 智能电针是治疗精神分裂伴发抑郁症状的有效办法之一。

The Clinical efficacy with intelligent electro-acupuncture of treating schizophrenia with depressive symptoms

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intelligent electro acupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia with depressive symptoms. Method Twenty two patients were randomly sampled from forty two subjects who were schizophrenia with depressive symptoms, which were thought as a treatment team and treated with intelligent electro acupuncture and antipsychotic drugs. Then twenty patients as a control team were only treated with antipsychotic drugs. The fractional change of the two teams was compared with HAMD(Hamilton rating scale for depression) and SDS (Self rating depression scale). The evaluation standard of clinical efficacy was the therapeutic response of the total grade in HAMD.Results The efficacy of the treatment team was better than that of the control team,clinical effectual rate was 40.9%,improved rate was 45.5%, total effective rate was 86.4%. Conclusion Intelligent electro acupuncture is one of the effective methods to treat schizophrenia with depressive symptoms.
