社区人群生活质量研究──职业差异及其影响因素

本文研究生活质量的职业差异。结果表明，不同职业群体中，客观生活质量从高到低依次为专业技术人员、干部、工人、个体户、无固定职业者。但主观生活满意度却呈相对集中趋势。这种主、客观生活质量评估的不一致性与个体的评价标准，需求重点等中介因素有关。在影响总体生活满意度的因素中，经济收入满意度影响最大。工作满意度主要对专业技术人员、干部的总体生活满意度影响较大，对其它职业群体影响相对较小。

A study on quality of life of different occupational population

urban area residents from 6 major geographic regions of Hunan Province were investigated with a self-administer quality of life inventory(QOLI).The results show that the scores on the objective indicators of QOLI are declining in occupational order following professional,cadre,worker and the unemployed. but the scores on the subjective life satisfaction is tending to normal distribution in different occupational population.The divergence between individual objective status and subjective life satisfaction is associated with their own expectancy of goal of life and referential norm for life of respondents. Meanwhile,it is revealed that living condition has the greatest influence on evaluation of overall quality of life in different occupational population. The working satisfaction has greater influence on evaluation of overall quality of life in professional and cadre than in other occupational population.
