| 摘 要： | 目的 对照行为疗法与药物治疗老年失眠症的疗效。方法 将老年失眠症患者102例随机分为行为疗法组（52例，不合并药物治疗），采用刺激控制指导疗法；药物治疗组50例），应用阿普唑仑或三唑仑或舒乐安定进行治疗。治疗4周，停止治疗4周各评定一次。结果 两次疗效评定，行为疗法组均显著优于药物治疗组。结论 老年失眠的治疗，行为疗法优于药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic efficiency of behavioral therapy and drug therapy to senile insomnia.Methods 120 Cases of senile insomnia were divided randomly into two groups.behavioval therapy group was treated with stimulant control directing therapy,and drug therapy group was treated with the medicine of Alprazolami or Triazloam or Estazolam.the patients were assessed at the end of treatment processes of 4 weeks and assessed again 4 weeks later.Result The two assessment showed that the therapeutic efficiency of behavioval therapy group was obvious superior to drug therapy group.Conclusion Behavioral therapy was superior to drug therapy to senile insomnia. |
