大鼠局灶性脑梗塞后神经行为和记忆障碍的实验研究

本实验将大鼠左大脑中动脉电凝制成梗塞模型，用暗环境被动回避试验和主动回避试验作为行为的观察指标，发现ＭＣＡ梗塞模型出现了学习记忆障碍，组织形态学和脑电图显示，局灶ＭＣＡ大鼠模型与人脑半球缺血性梗塞高度近似，它的建立对将来脑血管疾病障碍的治疗药选择和效果评下有着深远意义。

The disturbance of behaviour aud memory after focal cerebral ischemia of rats

On the basis of rat middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model. The passive and active avoidance test were determined. We found that the rats produce the disturbance of behaviour and memory after MCAO, Histomorphology and EEG examination found that the rat MCAO model was similar to cerebral ischemic infarction of human. The establishment of the model might have significance to choose medicine that treat cerebal vascular disease and the disturbance of behaviour.
