| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨学龄儿童听觉P300与智力的关系。方法 应用日本光电大脑诱发电位仪检测儿童的听觉事件相关电位(ERP)，应用联合型瑞文测验中国第二版(CRT-C2)N韦氏儿童智力测(WISC-CR)测量儿童的智力。结果 儿童P300潜伏期和WISC-CR的操作智商（PIQ)、全量表智商(FSIQ)及常识、填图和积木分测验成绩呈显著负相关。P300波幅与IQ无显著相关。结论 P300潜伏期与儿童智力有密切关系。在探讨P300和智力关系时加大P300任务难度是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between auditory P300 and intelligence in normal school aged children. Methods Brain evoked potential machine made in Japan was used to detect ERP, and Combined Raven's Test in China revision 2 (CRT C2) and Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children in China Revision (WISC CR) were administrated to measure intelligence in normal school aged children. Results There were negative relations between the latency of P300 and PIQ, FSIQ, T scores of Information, Picture Completion, Block Design in WISC CR. There was no significant relation between the amplitude of P300 and IQ. Conclusion There are close relations between P300 latency and intellgence in children, but it is necessary to increase the difficulty of ERP task to obtain valuable results about P300 and IQ. |
