大学生人际信任与心理健康的相关研究

目的探讨大学生人际信任与心理健康的关系。方法采用人际信任量表,人性的哲学修订表,信赖他人量表和容纳他人量表,心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90)和自制的一般情况调查表,对579名大学生的人际信任和心理健康状况进行了测量、统计与分析。结果大学生的人际信任与心理健康密切相关,其人际信任,人性的哲学正因子,容纳他人,被他人容纳各量表测量值与SCL-90的9个因子和总分均呈显著负相关(r9个因子=-0.110~-0.373,P<0.05~0.01,r总均分=-0.151~-0.331,P<0.01);有心理问题的大学生人际信任各量表测量值明显低无心理问题者(t=4.45~6.55,P<0.001)。结论人际信任是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素,提高人际信任改善人际关系有助于大学生心理健康水平的提高。

Analysis of interpersonal trust and psychological health in collegian

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of interpersonal trust and psychological health in collegian. MethodsA total of 579 collegian were evaluated with interpersonal trust scale ,philosophies of human nature revised scale ,faith in people scale, acceptance of others scale, psychological health checklist (SCL-90) and self designed survey questionnaire. ResultsCollegian interpersonal trust had significantly positive relation with psychological health . The scores of positive items in philosophies of human nature revised scale, faith in people scale and acceptance of others scale had significantly positive correlation with total score and 9 sub-scores of SCL-90.the score of interpersonal trust scale in collegian with psychological problems was significantly lower than that in collegian without psychological problems( t =4.45~6.55, P <0.001).ConclusionInterpersonal trust is the important factor influencing psychologicalhealth in collegian, thus raising interpersonal trust may improve interpersonal relationship and interpersonal level.
